Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your data. You can request the deletion of your Transportbidder account and all associated personal data.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including ride history, wallet balance, profile information, and documents will be permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Ride history and bid records
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Push notification tokens and preferences
- Driver verification documents (if applicable)
- All associated data from our servers
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory requirements:
- Financial transaction records (up to 3 years, as required by tax/accounting laws)
- Data required by court orders or legal proceedings
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
How to Delete Your Account
- Send an email to contact@transportbidder.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and phone number registered on the account for verification.
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
