Eliminar tu cuenta de Tbidder o Tbidder-(Driver)

Esta página es para las dos apps de Transportbidder: Tbidder (pasajeros) y Tbidder-(Driver) (conductores).

Eliminar tu cuenta es permanente. Después no podrás recuperar tu perfil ni tu historial.

Opción 1: desde la app (inmediato)

Tbidder (pasajeros)

  1. Abre la app e inicia sesión.
  2. Ve a la pestaña Perfil y toca tu tarjeta con tu nombre.
  3. Baja hasta Zona de peligro y toca Eliminar cuenta.
  4. En el cuadro que aparece, escribe ELIMINAR en el campo.
  5. Toca Eliminar cuenta para confirmar. Si el campo está vacío o la palabra no coincide, el botón no hace nada.

Tbidder-(Driver) (conductores)

  1. Abre la app e inicia sesión.
  2. Abre el menú (☰) y toca Ajustes.
  3. Al final de la lista, toca Eliminar cuenta.
  4. En el cuadro ¿Eliminar cuenta?, escribe ELIMINAR en el campo.
  5. Toca Eliminar cuenta para confirmar. Si el campo está vacío o la palabra no coincide, el botón no hace nada.

La cuenta se elimina en ese momento y se cierra la sesión en todos tus dispositivos.

Opción 2: por correo (si ya no tienes la app)

Escribe a privacy@transportbidder.com con el asunto Eliminar mi cuenta.

Indica la app (Tbidder o Tbidder-(Driver)), tu nombre completo y el teléfono y el correo registrados. Si hace falta, te pediremos confirmar que eres el titular.

Eliminamos la cuenta dentro de 30 días desde tu solicitud.

Qué se elimina

  • Tu perfil: nombre, correo, teléfono y foto (selfie).
  • Si eres conductor: tus documentos de verificación (DNI, licencia, documentos del vehículo) y sus registros de revisión.
  • Tus códigos de verificación y tus sesiones abiertas.

Qué se conserva y por cuánto tiempo

La ley nos obliga a conservar algunos datos. Estos son los plazos de nuestras Políticas de Privacidad:

  • Historial de viajes y registros de pagos, recargas y créditos: hasta 5 años (obligaciones tributarias y contables).
  • Registros de seguridad y auditoría: al menos 2 años (DS 016-2024-JUS).
  • Tickets de soporte: 2 años.
  • Mensajes del chat del viaje y ubicación del viaje: 90 días después del viaje.
  • Copias de seguridad: se borran en un plazo de 90 días.

Delete your Tbidder or Tbidder-(Driver) account

This page covers both Transportbidder apps: Tbidder (passengers) and Tbidder-(Driver) (drivers).

Deleting your account is permanent. You cannot recover your profile or your history afterwards.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

Tbidder (passengers)

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and tap the card with your name.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. In the box that appears, type DELETE in the field.
  5. Tap Delete Account to confirm. If the field is empty or the word does not match, the button does nothing.

Tbidder-(Driver) (drivers)

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Open the menu (☰) and tap Settings.
  3. At the end of the list, tap Delete Account.
  4. In the Delete Account? box, type DELETE in the field.
  5. Tap Delete Account to confirm. If the field is empty or the word does not match, the button does nothing.

Your account is deleted immediately, and you are signed out on all your devices.

Option 2: by e-mail (if you no longer have the app)

Write to privacy@transportbidder.com with the subject Delete my account.

Tell us the app (Tbidder or Tbidder-(Driver)), your full name, and the phone number and e-mail on the account. If needed, we will ask you to confirm you own the account.

We delete the account within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, e-mail, phone number and photo (selfie).
  • If you are a driver: your verification documents (DNI, licence, vehicle documents) and their review records.
  • Your verification codes and open sessions.

What is kept, and for how long

The law requires us to keep some data. These are the periods in our Privacy Policies:

  • Trip history and records of payments, top-ups and credits: up to 5 years (tax and accounting duties).
  • Security and audit logs: at least 2 years (DS 016-2024-JUS).
  • Support tickets: 2 years.
  • Trip chat messages and trip location: 90 days after the trip.
  • Backups: erased within 90 days.
